J1	Porch	Clean out the crap, stack lumber up in garage rafters
J2	Bathroom	Clean out, insulate, install fan, tear out flooring, install new sub-floor, install Wonderboard floor, drywall walls and ceiling, paint, install floor tiles, install wainscoting, install sink, tub, toilet, mirror.
J3	Kitchen	Repair Firewall. Tear up old flooring. Salvage old floorboards for use elsewhere, replace old floorboards with plywood decking, install Wonderboard on floor, and install slate floor tiles. Finish demo of plaster from brick. Reframe water wall. Run PEX, Cat5, Cat3, and Coax in water wall. Run wiring for extra outlet, dryer outlet in office. Run wiring for light switch at back door (four-way switch for back, dining, and stairway doors), run PEX for pot filler at stove. Drywall water wall and North wall. ½" plywood on ceiling (paint white for now). Clean and seal brick. Paint Drywall. Install steps to stairway. Install ceiling fan. Install Cabinets. Install appliances. Install sink.
J4	Dining Room	Heat-strip adhesive from walls. Patch wall and ceiling Plaster. Paint walls and ceiling. Tear up flooring, replace floorboards as necessary. Refinish floor.
J5	Living Room	Heat-strip adhesive from walls. Patch wall and ceiling Plaster. Paint walls and ceiling. Tear up flooring, replace floorboards as necessary. Refinish floor.
J6	Stairway	Repair Plaster. Paint walls and ceiling. Clean Carpet.
J7	Office/Laundry	Install Dishwasher box. Install dryer outlet. Repair Plaster. Paint walls and ceiling. Tear up flooring, replace floorboards as necessary. Refinish floor.

11/4/02 Rolling out the pictures as time allows...

Alexis and I each took a 4-day weekend this week to try to get the kitchens ready to drywall. So of course Friday I came down with the flu. So far Tylenol Flu is proving to be excellent stuff, and we're almost done with her side.

It's 9:30 now, and I need to go shower and hack up some phlem before the plumber returns at 10 to finish up some drain work. I've got about 100 pictures to post, and some happy-fun email correspondance with the general contractor for your enjoyment. Hopefully there'll be time for the rest of that tonight.

It's 1 am now- technically Tuesday- and they're all here. I'll see if I can get them organized and commented on over the course of the week.
